El Poblado All of our properties are in the heart of El Poblado, Medellin’s most desirable and fashionable neighborhood, filled with the city’s best restaurants, night life, shopping and entertainment. Parque Lleras is the undisputed center of Medellin’s night life, and next to it, Provenza is a newer pedestrian area with some of the city’s best restaurants. The biggest shopping malls, Oviedo and Santa Fe, are both 10-15 minutes walk from our properties.

Flat 1 is in the heart of the “Zona Rosa”, next to all the nightclubs in Parque Lleras, the Restaurant Zone in Provenza and Medellin’s newest and trendiest hotel, the Click Clack. The flat has double-paned windows and air conditioning to keep the noise down to a low rumble because you are right in the middle of the action.

Penthouse 1 and 2 and Flat 2 are on a quiet, tree-lined residential side street a 10 minute walk away from Parque Lleras and Provenza. It is a couple blocks from San Fernando Plaza, a popular hotel and shopping area, on a cul-de-sac with no through-traffic; an oasis of calm and tranquility in the middle of bustling El Poblado.

The master suite has shower and Turkish steam room with seating for 6, and a king-size bed with a Tempurpedic mattress. The other 2 bedrooms have full/double beds and a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TV’s. Behind the kitchen is a laundry area with full-size washer/dryer separates. The second floor is a giant entertaining space, with a fully-stocked bar, a new 70″ 4k LG Smart TV with a 7 person sofa, a queen sized bed, a second dining area, a bar with cabinets and countertop and a lounge space.

The larger of the 3 first floor bedrooms has a queen size bed and seating area, while the other 2 have double beds. All 3 have their own bathroom with shower. The master suite occupies the 2nd floor and has a king size bed, a sun room with sofa and desk, and a spectacular, huge bathroom with a shower room in the middle surrounded by closets. The 2nd floor master suite is accessed by a spiral staircase. It does not have a separate door and has one open wall to look down on the living area, though someone downstairs cannot see into the master suite without climbing the stairs.

Behind the kitchen is a laundry area with full-size washer/dryer separates.

The apartment is located right next to Parque Lleras, where all the beautiful paisas go to party. It’s always packed, and the city’s best restaurants and night life are all around. The apartment has double-paned windows to help with the noise, however, you are in the middle of the action, so especially on weekends there may be a rumble. It’s a safe neighborhood since this is where all the tourists stay. Both bedrooms have their private bathroom and shower, and the master has a double shower. This newly remodeled 3 bedroom is on the first floor and surrounded by lush, green space. The living room opens up to a courtyard and the other side of the apartment opens to a private garden with a pergola, outdoor dining and BBQ. This is on a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac. It is a 12 minute walk to Parque Lleras and all the city’s nightlife and restaurants, and 5 minutes to the golden mile with the city’s main shopping centers.

FAQ’s

The booking is fully refundable if cancelled within 48 hours or at least 30 days in advance. A 50% deposit is required which is non-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days before arrival. The balance is due 72 hours before arrival. Bookings made within 72 hours require full payment and are non-refundable. Your final payment includes a refundable $250 security deposit. Pictures will be taken of the property at checkin and shared with you. If there is damage to the property including permanent stains to bedding or furnishings, the cost will be deducted from the deposit. If the house rules are broken during your stay the deposit is non-refundable. The security deposit will be released the day you checkout.
Check-in is at 10am and check-out is at 3pm. We are happy to stow your luggage and generally allow guests to arrive early or leave late if they are willing to hang out in the living room while the cleaning crew works. We generally meet greet guests in person, however, if you need to arrive or depart in the middle of the night we offer self-service check-in/check-out using our smart locks.
All our properties have underground secured parking. You will be given a gate fob at checkin. The flat has 1 space, and the others have 2 spaces inline.
Well behaved pets are always welcome if you notify us prior to arriving. We charge an extra $500 deposit in case they soil the rugs or furnishings. It is fully refundable at checkout provided there were no accidents or stains.
Of course! The penthouses are on a quiet, residential street, with a backyard garden and a play area for children. We offer a complimentary crib if you request in advance. The flat is in the most bustling part of Medellin, so the building has less to offer. But there are some parks nearby.
We have professionals for $30 per full day to handle cooking, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping and general errands. We can also provide a contact for a private driver.
